We enjoyed our small-group, hands-on experience, the banta as well as the helpful chef hints as we progressed each menu item. The food was great to eat at the end. A thoroughly enjoyable night out.

Loved the whole experience. Hands-on, practical and loads of great tips from Chef Mel. All delivered in a fun interactive way. I hadn't attempted pasta for years because I remember it feeling too difficult and not turning out how it should but all recipes were so easy to make under Mel's guidance. Thank you!

Eat yourself sexy cooking class. We recreated 3 delicious recipes from Chef Mel's cookbook AND cooked with Chef Mel. I learnt new knife skills, nutritional facts, hands on meal preparation, met new people, laughed, ate and most of all opened my mind to a healthier new me. Thank you Chef Mel x

What a wonderful way to spend a Saturday. Class was informative inclusive and fun! I certainly will be coming back. Daytime classes suit me best and would love to see more of those especially the 6 week cheffy skills!!!!
