Happy Chef Enterprises Pty Ltd ("Foodio", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through the Foodio app and how we use it.

We collect account information you provide when you sign up, including your name and email address. To provide personalised cooking and eating coaching, we also collect health and dietary information you choose to share with us, such as your goals, dietary preferences, and progress details. If you subscribe to Foodio, payment is processed securely through the Apple App Store; we do not directly collect or store your payment card details. We also collect usage and analytics data, such as how you interact with the app, to help us improve your experience.

How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and personalise your coaching experience, deliver the content and features you've subscribed to, communicate with you about your account or the app, and improve Foodio's features and performance.

How We Protect Your Information
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.

Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with trusted service providers who help us operate the app, such as analytics or payment processing through Apple, and only as necessary for them to perform those services on our behalf.

Children's Privacy
Foodio is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
