Online classes include recipes and a shopping list so participants can cook along. For facilitated venue events, Chef Mel can work with the conference facility to arrange ingredients, menu items and session delivery.

Quick Online Cooking Class

Approximately 45 minutes to one hour through Zoom or Teams. Suitable for up to 40 participants. Food is not supplied.

Extended Online or Facilitated Class

Approximately 1.5 to two hours. Suitable for up to 40, with larger audiences of up to 200 available at additional cost.

Large-Audience Demo, Stage Host or MC

Cooking demonstrations, emcee services and stage hosting for conference and large-audience events, approximately two to six hours.
