Eat yourself sexy cooking class. We recreated 3 delicious recipes from Chef Mel's cookbook AND cooked with Chef Mel. I learnt new knife skills, nutritional facts, hands on meal preparation, met new people, laughed, ate and most of all opened my mind to a healthier new me. Thank you Chef Mel x

This was my first cooking class experience and I must say it was so enjoyable. Mel has a great personality and is a great performer in the kitchen. I went with my neighbour and we both absolutely loved it.

What a wonderful way to spend a Saturday. Class was informative inclusive and fun! I certainly will be coming back. Daytime classes suit me best and would love to see more of those especially the 6 week cheffy skills!!!!
